This post is a great indicator why you get no help. (Referring to  you complaint in the other post)

How people suppose to help you with this post, if image is so tiny and nothing is visible on it. Explanation of the problem is missing.

What are caps here for?

thanks for taking time and writing, actually the problem is in the acceptable file size here because you can not upload a file size which become more than 127 kb and always screenshot size coming so big, i tried to reduce the image size and that's why cannot be seen anything on it, if you have any idea to fix this too, will be great help too...

I increased the size of the image to 250k. Optimized image under 250k can be made pretty large. Make sure you optimize the image or use cloud hosting for images.
