Title: Is there a way to retrieve the MySQL data base

I updated to Version 1.3.0 and lost all of the data in MySQL. Is there a way to retrieve the old date?

I thought I backed it up, but those folders are empty.

See if you have any backup in the /admin/system/backup/ directory or contact your hosting provider
