Hello.
You have incorrectly configured the store URL or you visit the store with the wrong URL. The general case is when your store URL is
www.store.com but you visit the website via the store.com. Browsers consider both as different websites and block icon font file to load

Resetting it back to 8.1 allows me to login as admin, but store still does not work properly.

Enable errors reporting on your server or PHP settings to see what's wrong. AbanteCart 1.3.2 is not compatible with PHP 8.1

The upcoming 1.3.3 version included a new library to send emails. If anyone has the same issue try to upgrade your AbanteCart and configure Mail to new transport
