i have a problem with order going to a wrong address.
I have a customer who made an order and order email arrived to my test email address.
This is very strange. Can someone tell me how is this possible.
I have attached the pictures to show the problem.

My customer made an order # 154 and i received an email on my demo test gmail account with his order details and my email adress inside.
And in his account it says under order #154 customer name: "pero perič" which is my demo name and not the real name of the customer but under shipping address is correct name

Any clues?

I need help with configuring global attributes so that if someone buys more then 1pc to be able to choose colors or anyother value for first and second piece
So far i can add options for one item but i cant figure how to config it for more then 1pc?

if buy 2pcs , now my customer can choose only 1 color

Can anyone tell me how to make an ORDER # which customer receives in an email (header) and which also shows inside the email to put it to show also in part od email where customer writes comments?
Example: If a customer makes an order "ORDER 100" i want this also to show in comments part of an email.

If you check a pic below you will see that i dont have order #98 , #94, #92,#91 and so on!

I have 200+ products but this "Products Purchased Report" calculates all purchases here under one item.
So whatever i sell , every order is calculated under this one item. Please check a pic?

Can anyone tell me why i receive this message "ajax error" when you press to add a product . when you press on a basket.

i noticed this happens only when i open my website with "www"

if i open just topducan.eu everything is fine but if i open www.topducan.eu then i have this ajax error

in system settings in admin i set my website without "www" so maybe this is a prolem but if i set "www". in system settings then i get this error when i open a website without "www"

I'm wanting to show the customer their order ID number on the success page after checkout.
It is for the internet banking payment method mostly. I can locate the required language definition to edit I just am baffled about how I can make it show the order ID number?

Also I'd like to have the same banking details added into the confirmation email like at the bottom(preferably only when they select to pay via internet banking, but if not it can go to all of them and I can just modify the words a little.)

I hope someone can give me a code which i need to copy whereever i want this to show

In my country we dont have these zones so i dont need this and i dont know what to put instead of zones (i can rename it because i am translation the whole website to my native language)

I upgraded from 1.6 to 1.7 and now i have a big problem.
I even tried to upgrade now to 1.8 but i have the same problem.

Now when i try to open any product on my website i get the same problem (i attach the picture) and now i dont know what to do.
I get this same error when triying to upgrade to 1.8

today i opened my admin and i noticed that my country is not showing under the list and it changed to "zimbabwe" and i cant change it. I think this is some kind of a bug.
I am attaching a few pictures so you can see what i mean. Please help me because i was working on my website for a months now and it seems like something is wrong now
The whole site now allows only one country, "zimbabwe"

Hello guys,
I am having problems with error message not showing when a customer buys more items then allowed.
If i set "maximum qty" to 1 piece, and when a customer tries to order 2 pieces it puts only 1pc in a basket but there is no error message telling that only 1 piece is allowed.
Is this suppose to be like this or i am missing a translation because i cant find it.

I am also attaching a picture which i think is related to this problem but i cant say this for sure.
