My main website built with Soholaunch is on root of public_html, AbanteCart 1.2.9 was installed in subfolder public_html/store/

Recently I removed the Soholaunch manually, as instructed by support of my host company, I deleted all files in the root of public_html, and installed Zenphoto as my mainsite. During the installation,  prompted " .htaccess already exist", I chose to override all files existed.

After this installation, both Zenphoto and AbanteCart storefront are working properly. Only today I found when I login AbanteCart Admin, or anytime click Dashboard in admin panel, a warning message will show:
404 not found       
The page you are requesting cannot be found.

I put back all files(mainly shtml files) that I'm sure not part of Soholaunch to the root of public_html, then I get the following warning message, every time login or click Dashboard:
403 Forbidden
Server configuration does not allow access to this page.

Other functions seems not affected, and everything on Dashboard looks normal, I just close the message and can keep working in admin panel.

How to fix this problem ?

(V1.2.9)
Only a few times I can see storefront as normal (with a  Maintenance Mode is ON notice on top left corner),
most time I can only see the maintenance message. Cleared all browser and AbanteCart caches, refresh pages, open from the storefront link in control panel or directly type url on browser, no change.
What's the trick to seeing storefront normally ?

Hello everyone!

Fresh installed 1.2.9, when a customer send message via contact form, the Enquiry e-mail I receive will show customer's name and store's e-mail address,  i.e. sender and receiver's email address are the same.
This happened today when a customer sent a message, I tested again and got the same result.

Is this a setting problem or a bug? I had no problem when using previous versions.

Hi,

Fresh installed new version 1.2.9, on product page, when product option is on, only the big main picture is shown correctly, the thumbnail pictures will be stretched much higher to fill up the space.

When turn off the options, all pictures are shown correctly. Browse with IE 11, MS Edge and Android phone, all the same.

Support / Address format edit doesn't work --- Solved !

New fresh installation of V1.1.9, the default US address format is already there, I added Canada address format as the same:

{firstname} {lastname}
{company}
{address_1}
{address_2}
{city}, {zone} {postcode}
{country}

But in the address on order confirmation e-mails from both country, zone is moved to the next line, how to fix this ? 

First Name  Last Name
company
address_1
address_2
city  postcode
zone
country


I searched here and found another post mentioned this, but didn't see a solution. I cleared cache, still doesn't work. It worked for me when I use V1.1.5.

Store has been working fine for long time with version 1.1.5, starting from Sep.24, both customer and I can not receive e-mail notification, after searching here, I contacted HostPaPa,  and was told php version was upgraded recently, and suggested upgrade my AbanteCart.

I upgraded from 1.1.5 to 1.1.6,.... until the latest 1.1.9, every time it shows successful. So I even didn't check it was working or not. After all upgrade done, I found I can not open my web store, I got " 500 Internal Server Error"

Login to control Panel, when I click the following tabs, got " 500 Internal Server Error"

Support / Block can not delete

I created a new html block and added to checkout page, below the cart content block.  After click "save", I see this block doesn't show on storefront cart page.  I added again the same html blcok below the fist one by clicking "+" button, and click "save", then I see something wrong, on storfront cart page, I see two blocks there, but on conrtol panel Layout section, it shows "None".

Now I can not change it, even I choose " None", or choose any other block, on storefront cart page the 2 blocks are still there.

I try to turn this block off on "Block" section, it says:
"Can't change status because this block is not in use. Please visit Layout section. "

I try to delete this block, it says
"Can't delete because this block is in use. Please visit Layout section. "

Can any one help with this?            ( Version 1.1.2 )

General Support / How to modify order detail form?

There are 5 columns in the default order detail form: Product/Model/ Price/ Quantity/ Total 

For the products I'm selling, I don't need Model column, but need more space to show product name and options, how to remove or add a column and how to modify the width of a column?

Extension Support / Orders with PayPal payment not recorded

Hi,
I can't wait to try my new store with real money, with guest chekout, the payment did go through, but no order was recorded in the "order" list, no notification was received through e-mail. Then I tried in test mode, guest checkout, no any problem !

Again I switched to real mode, checkout as registered customer, the problem remain the same, I can only receive money, can not receive the order!  Login to "my account" as customer, check order history, the result is "You have not made any previous orders!"  But I paid real money ! :'(

Can you help?  Is there anything not being setup correctly?  I noticed a similar question in another post, it says fixed in new version. But my version is newer.
