It was fixed before I contact the hosting support. I believe there were problems on the server, and they were working on that.

My main website built with Soholaunch is on root of public_html, AbanteCart 1.2.9 was installed in subfolder public_html/store/

Recently I removed the Soholaunch manually, as instructed by support of my host company, I deleted all files in the root of public_html, and installed Zenphoto as my mainsite. During the installation,  prompted " .htaccess already exist", I chose to override all files existed.

After this installation, both Zenphoto and AbanteCart storefront are working properly. Only today I found when I login AbanteCart Admin, or anytime click Dashboard in admin panel, a warning message will show:
404 not found       
The page you are requesting cannot be found.

I put back all files(mainly shtml files) that I'm sure not part of Soholaunch to the root of public_html, then I get the following warning message, every time login or click Dashboard:
403 Forbidden
Server configuration does not allow access to this page.

Other functions seems not affected, and everything on Dashboard looks normal, I just close the message and can keep working in admin panel.

How to fix this problem ?

Yes, I just did:
1- cleared browser cache (IE)
2- log in
3- cleared all AbanteCart caches
4- log out, I got the same error message.  "Invalid token session. Please login again." 
5- close browser directly
6- re-open browser
7- log in , I can log in normally
8- log out, and again got the same error message

Tried on MS Edge for Windows 10, every thing is the same.

This may need another fix:

After apply this fix, can not log out normally, will get this message:  "Invalid token session. Please login again."  Then type user name and password, login again, will be immediately logged out normally.

Next time, again, login is normal, logout need to login again to complete.

...Keep in mind that if you are loggedin as admin in the same browser, Storefront maintenance mode might be ignored and you will see message at the top.

I mean Admin login. My test site is on maintenance mode, I logged in to change some settings, and edit some blocks, wanted to see the result, but I can not see storefront as normal, only see the  maintenance page, I did open in the same browser.
 
'Storefront maintenance mode MIGHT be ignored', and it MIGHT NOT be ignored. This is the problem. It supposed to be always ignored if I login to control panel as Admin.

As stated in my post, the maintenance mode will be ignored only under the following condition:
   log in as admin, and at least do one time 'Turn On' maintenance mode. If it was ON before login, I have to turn it off and turn on again.

I have tested several times, and just tried again to make sure before I post this message, and got the same result.

Looks like I found out :D  but I can not delete this post :(

(1) I can not see storefront as normal after login if Maintenance Mode is ON before login.

(2) I can see storefront normally (with notice of Maintenance mode is ON) if:
_Maintenance Mode is ON before login, after login I turn it off, and turn on again.
_Maintenance Mode is OFF before login, after login I turn it on.

Is this supposed to be a normal practice?

Only a few times I can see storefront as normal (with a  Maintenance Mode is ON notice on top left corner),
most time I can only see the maintenance message. Cleared all browser and AbanteCart caches, refresh pages, open from the storefront link in control panel or directly type url on browser, no change.
What's the trick to seeing storefront normally ?

Thanks for your answer. This may depend on what e-mail program or app is used.

My test:
(1) On Windows Live Mail:  right click the e-mail, then click properties, can see the reply-to email address is the customer's e-mail address. Or click reply button, then right click customer's name, choose Edit Contact I can see the customer's e-mail address.
When I send out this reply, I can receive at test-customer's address, that means, although I can not see customer's e-mail address, but the customer can receive my reply.

(2) On Windows 10 Mail App:  In no way to see customer's e-mail address, even I choose add contact, I will have my store e-mail address added, but with customer's name. 
When I reply, I receive this reply at my own e-mail address, no e-mail received at test-customer's e-mail address. That means, if I work on windows 10 mail, I will not be able to know who send me enquiry, and not able to reply either.

(3) on Android phone, tested original mail app and Gmail, in no way to see customer's e-mail address unless press reply then the customer's e-mail address will show correctly at 'TO' line.

So if I don't take any action, just read the enquiry e-mail, I can not know who send me this enquiry, just like somebody use my e-mail address send to my e-mail address. This is really not convenient, not mention the Windows 10 Mail problem, I just tried again, I can only reply to myself.

Is it possible to change it and make it just like before, directly show customer's e-mail address?

Hello everyone!

Fresh installed 1.2.9, when a customer send message via contact form, the Enquiry e-mail I receive will show customer's name and store's e-mail address,  i.e. sender and receiver's email address are the same.
This happened today when a customer sent a message, I tested again and got the same result.

Is this a setting problem or a bug? I had no problem when using previous versions.

Thanks for all your suggests.

By testing different image size, I found:

When additional image set to 45 x 45, the thumbnail pictures are shown in correct aspect ratio.
Ollie, your example is GREAT !  How do you know? ;-)

Set to 60x60, the thumbnail images will be stretched up, set to 80 x 80, then more up. Cleared all caches, no change.
When set to 30x30, the thumbnail images will be squeezed short in height, right click can see correct size 30x30 in properties.

Products with no 'options' will not be affected by image size setting, all images are shown correctly. I don't know why it's like this. Anyway, I just set to 45x45, this problem is resolved.

Hi,

Fresh installed new version 1.2.9, on product page, when product option is on, only the big main picture is shown correctly, the thumbnail pictures will be stretched much higher to fill up the space.

When turn off the options, all pictures are shown correctly. Browse with IE 11, MS Edge and Android phone, all the same.

Please help.

After test again and again, I fund:

If checkout as registered customer, the address format does not change as set in Localization-Countries.

If checkout as guest, the address in confirmation e-mail is just in the correct format.

Any idea about this?
