Hello.
There should only be a single active template. When you go to the Design > Layouts page, your active theme should already be selected by default. Please verify whether you have multiple stores with the same URL (https://abantecart.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/AD/pages/8028306/Multi-store).

Have you made any recent changes to your hosting?

Hello.
That sounds very strange. Did you use the standard Layouts in Design -> Layouts or the beta Page Builder extension? The latter is still in development and may have some bugs.

One possible reason for missing records is that your database was offline when the payment confirmation was sent. This could prevent the payment information/order from being stored in the database.

Hello,
It seems that you have debug mode on, which causes a lot of logs to appear. To turn it off, go to Admin → System → Settings → System and change Debug Level: to Level 1 or Level 0. Debug mode should not be On in production.

Then, clear your AbanteCart error log.

Also, please share your AbanteCart error and tell me if this is a fresh installation or an upgrade from an older version.

Blocks usually in theme folder like extensions/theme_name/storefront/view/theme_name/template/ directory
