Title: shipping problem

when I add product, there is no shipping option! why

It would appear that you don't have any shipping options enabled-  have you checked your settings for the shipping options you are offering?  Have them turned ON?  Have the settings for each type of shipping set correctly?  If you have made no coding changes,   it's a settings problem.   

Here's the doc section for the shipping extension that come with the default install.

You request some detailed help,  but you didn't provide enough detail for that to happen.  But please double check all your settings for your desired shipping extension(s)  and see if that doesn't solve your problem.

yes,  that helps to know what area you are configuring.

Have you followed the instructions in the docs in regards to the Additional Settings?  Here's that section


When extension status is ON, Additional Settings button will appear. Click to see more settings. Weight Based Shipping method works correctly only if You have configured http://docs.abantecart.com/pages/localization/locations_and_taxes/locations_list.html in the store and set up Weight Based Shipping settings for each Location (http://docs.abantecart.com/pages/localization/locations_and_taxes/locations_list.html) separately.

here is the solution

system > localization > locations> country name >Location Zones > Insert Location Zone>select all > save.
