Title: Paypal stoped showing up

the paypal payment option stop showing for no reason, did not make any changes. how di I fix this issue. attached a screen shot.
yesterday made store live it was working did test buys ( 3 of them) they all went trough no prob, the pay pal pay option was there and working. Today option is not there.
please help ne to be active and working.

Check that your payment method has no limits by the Location or Total
