Upgrade / Critical Error Processing Request

I'm using a Installatron implementation. and it was recently upgraded to 1.3.1.
This crashed the shop and I had to update the version of PHP that it used to 7.3. I ran a few checks and test purchase and it all seemed OK.
Today I'm told there's a error when people try to pay.
When I tried it you get the the checkout OK and click the payment method and the tickbox for terms & conditions then click "continue".
Up comes a critical error. I have attached the error log from AbanteCart.
WebServer error log also attached.

Not sure if this it the right section for this.

Having been disappointed at the amount of tweaking other packages needed I finally found AbanteCart and I'm using AbanteCart straight out of the box as I am user and do not want to spend time "developing" a shop. All I've done is fill in information and tick boxes to configure it so far. We are a small club and we just need the equivalent of a very small corner shop.

I have created a product with various options and it all works OK. It's just that there is a huge amount of whitespace under the product icon. You can only see the product details by scrolling down past the options on the righthand side.

Is this what it's supposed to look like? For me, it would look better if the Product Details followed on below the product icon so that they are beside the options. Have I missed a tick box somewhere? Or is it going to need a dreaded tweak?

Solved it by doing a new install of 1.2.16 on separate site. Exported the table. Imported into original site. Emails are now working again.

Although everything else appears to be working OK, the standard confirmation emails have stopped.
When I look in the error logs it says:
AbanteCart core v.1.2.16 SQL Error: Table 'egtsccou_ac2.ac_email_templates' doesn't exist
Error No: 1146

It appears that the table with the relevant data is missing.
The software was recently automatically updated to 1.2.16 by Installatron.
How can I restore this?
