Hello. Your screenshot say itself where is your problem "#1046 - No database selected". Looks like you did not select correct database in phpmyadmin

Hello. There is no way to add video instead of product image. What you can is add embed YouTube video to product description or create special Data Listing Block to display video in Columns or where you enable it in Layout

Basically You can choose update or create new. To insert new products using import tool you need to add new column named action in the exported file and remove id. See short import/export manual
