Could you please check if there are any errors in the AbanteCart or server error logs? Also, have you made any modifications to or disabled any email templates in the Design > Email Templates section?

Please ensure that you eliminate any restrictions on weight and volume in the shipping extension settings. Additionally, verify that the address details in the FedEx extension are accurate; for instance, the country should be listed as 'US' instead of 'USA', and the state abbreviation should consist of two letters.

Note that the payment method selection is contingent upon the delivery method being chosen first. Therefore, Stripe will not be an option until a delivery method is set. For testing purposes, activate some basic delivery methods.

Hello, I still haven't solved it.
I contacted hosting support and they told me the following:

Please note that for security reasons, the following features are disabled by default in the cPanel control panel for all shared hosting accounts:
'disable_functions = show_source, system, shell_exec, passthru, exec, popen, proc_open'

So in this case what could I do. I still have the same problem that when they create the account the page remains blank.

This is an issue with the mail sent after registration is completed. Please make sure your mail is configured correctly or switch to the native PHP Mail feature (Mail Protocol: Inner Mailer)

I tried that. It got me a message that says

8.0.0+ Required for AbanteCart to work properly! Please contact your system administrator or host service provider.

I had the host set php to 8.0.0.

Now it is no longer possible to add items to the cart at all, AND the add buttions are still disabled!

Hello. If you see this message the PHP version switch not completed or did not have any effect on your site. You should switch the version with help of you hosting support, login to upgraded AbanteCart and clear the AbanteCart cache

update-alternatives did not let me do 8.1, as it wasn't available on the system. 8.2 was, though. Seemed to work alright.

I found the downladable file, and the instructions to manually upgrade, but those are beyond my capabilities.

I guess I'll look for a different system that I can use in place of Abantecart and migrate away.

Go to your hosting file manager and locate the /extensions/ folder and remove the ups folder for the extension you have purchased.
To resolve the issue ask for help from the author of the extension at the marketplace.
