There was a small formatting bug that I just fixed. It will be available in next version.
Please copy attached file to /[abantecart_directory]/core/lib/customer.php
This will fix the problem in formatting.
If you need to change the format of the address, you can edit this in system -> Localizations -> Countries. Edit country settings to change address format.

What is strange, that DIR_SYSTEM is not new. It has been there in init.php since the beginning.

Countries and zones already present in Localization. You only need to create new locations that you will use and support in your store.

I guess this is hard to catch problem.
I tried this on demo as well as on my install and I get consistently the same result

Steps:
1. Set product with "Requires Shipping" on
2. Enable weight based shipping extension
3. Set kg on Settings -> Local -> Weight Class to Kilogram.
Do you have anything else set?
