To help search engines read images, you need to use alt tags to describe your image. In admin edit your images title in Resource Library (Rl)

Hello. There is no way to add video instead of product image. What you can is add embed YouTube video to product description or create special Data Listing Block to display video in Columns or where you enable it in Layout
