Hello.
Do You want 2 separate stores or one multistore (2 storefront and one common admin front)?

For multistore you need correctly setup subdomain in your domain/hosting panel. Ask you hosting provider to help you create subdomain which one linked to the path where the default store was installed to (by default auto-generated path is linked to some  new folder).

Here is example how to set up multistore and configure subdomain at cpanel with screenshots

This is server permission issue. Fix the permission on /tmp folder so the webserver process can write there

Hello. Did your install/uninstall DE language several times? Also try to clear AbanteCart cache in admin.... Maybe try to disable DE language or set/unset default language from DE to EN...

Hello. We have only:
 'Login To View Products' extension - Make your store private and require your customers to register or login to access your products
and setting for each product  Block Product From Ordering - This will put product to display mode only with no ability to order. Contact us for order message will be displayed.

Order ID and Invoice ID are different. Order ID is unique id used in MySql database

Hello. Pre-installed zones just a demo data. You can delete/modify and add/create new for any country in the Admin-System-Settings-Localization section.
