Support / I have a problem with currencies

Yes, I have added the currency of my country, i.e. IDR or Indonesian Rupiah and made it as my default one. And, after that I changed the US Dollar value to 0.000000. But, after I logged out from the admin panel, the US Dollar turns back to the default one and the IDR turns to its normal value according to the US Dollar. And, it happened repeatedly every time I logged out from the admin panel.

How can I change the IDR into the default one forever (and US Dollar value will correspond to IDR value)?

Need your help.

Should I backup all the existing files of AbanteCart cart and simply upload them to my new web hosting?

Should I install it from the beginning?

Okay, thanks for your answer. But, I have a problems. I have about four hundreds and more in a folder on ftp server. But when I try to upload one file onto it, it seems not working.

Can you explain why?

Yes, after I logged in to the admin panel of AbanteCart card version 1.1, I got this message:

"You can upgrade AbanteCart core now. Upgrade is for version 1.1 and will change AbanteCart application to version 1.1.1 Important upgrade note:  To use automatic upgrade inside admin, please replace 1 file below before running upgrade with the link below. File to replace before in admin upgrade: public_html/admin/controller/pages/tool/package_installer.php We recommend manual upgrade this time. You can upgrade with just replace all files provided in upgrade package manually. You can download upgrade package in the link code.google.com/p/abantecart/downloads/detail?name=abantecart_1.1.1_upgrade_only.tar.gz If you still want to upgrade in admin, please click following link ONLY after you replace above mentioned file this link to start the upgrade. Backup will start automatically before upgrade process and backup archive can be located in /admin/system/backup directory or backup history."

Yes, I have downloaded the upgrade file and replaced the package_installer.php with those in the upgrade file. And after I click the upgrade link, I got an error...........

"Fatal error: Call to undefined function versioncompare() in /home/u314239779/public_html/admin/controller/pages/tool/package_installer.php on line 804"

And after I try it twice, I got two messages in the admin panel as follows:

First Message:
AbanteCart engine cannot find value of language definition with key "text_network_install" in /home/u314239779/public_html/admin/controller/pages/tool/package_installer.php line 85 (rt=tool/package_installer). Please add it manually in this link of control panel.

Second Message:
AbanteCart engine cannot find value of language definition with key "text_extension_upload" in /home/u314239779/public_html/admin/controller/pages/tool/package_installer.php line 90 (rt=tool/package_installer). Please add it manually in this link of control panel.

I hope you will help solve this.

Yes, I have a server with bandwith of 288.23 / 100000 MB and the disk usage of 113.20 / 10000 MB.

I have so many products to upload there. And after the last uploading, the images are not shown correctly (you can see my website : goolysmart.co.cc after you click on category "Aksesoris>Gantungan Kunci Couple"

and after I try to upload them in the admin panel, there is an error which says "Error abort".

And in the error log,

Yes, it happened after importing the category file that the categories are all shown on the admin panel, but nothing shown on my store front. Why? Can you explain this?

After importing, all the categories are shown on the admin panel. And to make those categories appear on the store front, I must check the 'default' in each category on the admin panel ONE BY ONE. And it makes me  tired.

I hope you can help me regarding this.
 
I have attached the csv. files on categories so you can assess whether it is correct or not? or any missing values on it?

I've noticed that you provide category_id in your data but don't provide "action" parameter.
By default this means that you will perform UPDATE query.
Maybe problem is that you are trying to update rows in database that are not exist.
If you need to add something into database with import you have to add column "action" with value "insert" in each row.
Or you can simply remove category_id from imported data. In that case script will autoincrement IDs in table.

Yes I get the data after exporting it and fortunately, I have imported those data in correct manner.

Yes, You know I can not believe that importing daa in AbanteCart cart is not simple as I imagine. Can you tell me how to import data correctly?

I don't know the exact value of each column in the .csv data. There are
  • [0][0],
  • [0][1], and so on. What does it mean?


Can you tell me whether the data I attach is correct or not? I have repeated the values so that the values of
  • [0][0] and
  • [0][1] are the same......

Yes, I have corrected the second issue. So, the second issue has been solved. But, the first issue still arise although I have made the admin/system/ writable by change the chmod permission to 777. But, it still has not solved the problem yet.

O yes, I forgot about something. After I uploaded all AbanteCart cart files into my hosting server, there is a @LongLink file.
And on my error log, I have found:

Yes, after I click on "Extensions Store" there is a statement:

"Sorry, Your Abantecart cannot connect with extension store. Please see System->Error logs for details."

I have included the attachment of the errors.

will bring us to your Admin Login Panel.

and I said NO.........

the correct one refers to below link:
yourdomainname.com/index.php?rt=index/login&s=your_admin

that will bring us to Admin Login Panel.

When I choose the first link, it will direct me to my own website not admin panel.
