Extension Support / Shipping Rate not being updated in Store

I have been trying to update the shipping rate.

I want flat rate shipping, and per item shipping enabled

initially i had put $15 "somewhere" no idea where now, but no matter what value I put in the extensions, it still says $15 for both methods of shipping.

i even updated to v 1.1 and still it is giving me the sameee trouble.

this is so frustrating, i have been trying for daysss.

i cannot go live until this is fixed, if someone could get back to me it would be really appreciated.

I went in and tried to change the values, I also deleted and re-installed them.
It did not work.

Just a recommendation:

if possible, please add an extension for Canada Post Postal Service
It is the cheapest way to ship items within Canada, and most preferred by customers (at least mine do, and I do as well).

It takes your postal code and generates the shipping rate for you.

I have gone over and over each tab trying to remember where I initially added the "flat rate shipping" into.
I thought it was under settings?

Anyways,
what I want to be able to do is have an option for Flat Rate shipping, and also Per item shipping.

I had an initial amount of $15 which will not change no matter what I try. It is also showing up under per item shipping.
all i have manage to do is disable both options for now.

how can i fix this?
also, is it possible to have a handling fee for those who wish to "pick up from store"?

please help!

Thank you for your advice.

I resolved my issue finally.

I created a new product to compare and figured out that I had filled in "date available" for a future date.
Once I removed that and put todays date, it showed up.

Hi there,

I am new to this.
I have not made my website live yet as I am still playing around with it.
I have added a test product.

Although it shows in my search and even it the multiple categories I have linked it to,
when I click to open the details (as a customer would), it says product not found.

Status is ON, so is featured.

The issue is that I am unable to click the actual product to open and display the description and details I have listed.

Please help!
