I need to install 1.2.1 and am not sure if I know enough to do the manual upgrade. I need to move on to 1.2.2.
Serious issues with FedEx, UPS shipping modules in 1.2.0 and cannot get resolved.

Message section does not work and extension section gives me an error: 
Error: cannot to pack /home/dvelpcom/public_html/E-Store/admin/system/backup/abantecart_120.tar.gz

I see others have had this error when installing previous updates, none of the replies seem to help.

I moved from zencart to Abantecart and losing customers online. PLEASE HELP!!!

I ship chemical products and can only ship ground. UPS extension displays all options which beyond ground would be air. All are turned off except for ground in admin.

We struggled for last 6 days because Fedex module inflates cost as if each item is a new package. So got set up with UPS and it doesn't work properly either.

NEED HELP PLEASE.

Customers are getting high shipping charges when ordering more than one item. Individual shipping is turn off on products but it appears Fedex module is sending request for multiple packages instead of just one package with one order.
When I run the estimator every item i add on multiplies the one item shipping cost. example: 1x2lbs item = $12, add another 2lbs item = $24, add another $36 and so on.

Need help please
