i just got around to replying to your suggestion on increasing php_memory. I increased it by three times the original and got the following error.
"Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 201326592 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /home/sureell6/public_html/wholehealthbeautystore.com/core/database/mysql.php on line 91"

I an error also:Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 77 bytes) in /home/sureell6/public_html/wholehealthbeautystore.com/core/database/mysql.php on line 90. I had just upgraded to 1.2 from 1.19

I did see a Salt entry in the cofig. file but that was after the problem started and I did not alter. how do I delete and reload databases without deleting products and setup?

I was hoping for a solution that didn't require a complete re-install. Any ideas what else could have changed so that typing in user and password that are now in the database still will not give me access. Do you think the sites were hacked...but I don't know why because they weren't making any money as yet.

I am blocked from log in to both my sites: surecoldcure.com and wholehealthbeautystore.com.  May 5, 2014 was my last log in. I have tried everything I know. I did find new passwords when I checked the database with myphpadmin. I have since changed the user name/passwords via php but still no luck. I also cannot change my password through my email accounts. Help

I have made the changes suggested. regarding the question on Promotion pricing: Product screen - Promotions - Add Discount Button - Quantity - Priority (here I place the largest amount as priority #1) - Price for each item in the bulk. Basically I answer the questions the Promotion page ask for.

It worked gangbusters. More than thank you is in order! since removing the index.php from the log in string caused it to work does this mean something is wrong with the php?

I am using both AbanteCart 1.1.5 and 1.1.6 and cannot access admin.   User names and passwords are correct.   My log in defaults to the store even when I try to reset password? Could both stores be hacked?
