I am attempting to adjust the headerstrip width to 100% and put my Logo below the strip is this possible and if so can someone give me some direction

I'm New to AbanteCart, Have an existing Cart running on my site that is very user friendly but very limited in features. I Like what I see in AbanteCart but because I don't have any code knowledge or experience. I'm reaching out for some help in the layout and appearance. The site looks beautiful on PC but Crazy on Mobile devices.. development.trendzbytrena(dot)com is the AbanteCart Site
