I am being told by my webhost that my site cannot get the permissions 777 or 775 because I will be hacked. They are requesting I asked for the specific permissions breakdown that I should have.  Currently the issue is I cannot import/export, or update anything within the website as I keep getting this error:

Temporary Directory /home/heartpetsupply/public_html/admin/system/data/ is not writable! Please change permissions to proceed.

I copied and past the URL you provided to the column "resource_map[0].source_url" and tried to upload this. All the product details came over, but image is blank, when hovering over image on site it states "the image could not be loaded".

Yes, I am using the upload feature. Here is the example. I was able to get all the other data on this spreadsheet to upload, but not the image.

I am trying to follow the manual on how I can use the URL to upload images for my products, but the image is still not coming over with the product information I am uploading. I am assuming I am doing something incorrectly. Can I get a bit more guidance with how to use a URL to bring in images when adding new products?

I added the product description name column back and ran task. I get this now:

When I get to Import Wizard it is erroring saying product description name is required.

Hmmm... this seems to not allow me to post with an attachment. Keeps telling me to read the rules and sends me to start a new post.

Here is an image of the CSV. I also tried messaging you directly and it wouldn't allow me to add an attachment.

The version is 1.3.3 and the error log is showing nothing recent.

I exported the product description CSV (as per the manual) to add an action column to add the action 'delete' on many of the products.  When I import this CSV and run the import it says 'running' for several hours and then lands on 'stuck'. This cycle just plays around and around in a loop where nothing is getting updated.

I cannot find any manuals on what to do if my import is 'stuck' under tasks. Import Wizard does not alert me to any issues with my CSV.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have downloaded the new version. So am now running abantecart v1.3.4

This provided a new Stripe payment extension that says Version 1.3.3. I have logged into my account clicked "Connect to Stripe (LIVE)", it says it is connected.  I am testing my website and am still not getting the page to enter in payment information.

This new version of stripe doesn't allow me to select "Can't connect" to input the API keys.

I am unable to get the fields to input credit card information.  I have tried logging in through the extension, which says I'm logged in and I've tried plugging in the API keys for the LIVE version. I do have an HTTPS.   I saw previously there was a patch for this sort of issue; I tried installing that patch extension and am still having no further success. I believe that patch was a much older version as it was from a 2022 topic.

Any help/advice is greatly appreciated.
