Looks like I am screwed. I have spoken to the hosting company and they will not do anything as they say it would seriously compromise the server if disabled. I actually understand, but that means I either use another cart or go to another host. All of which is going to mean a lot more work. Very annoyed that Abante Cart code is such a way to cause this problem, and the host allows installation of a cart that is not compatible.

Worked it out. After selecting Add Media for the product, then Video, then the Resource Library link at the top I finally could select the video resource.

When I go to System  > Settings > Mail I get an error -

Method Not Implemented
GET to /index.php not supported.
Additionally, a 501 Method Not Implemented error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Is there something I missed in the setup?

I have added a video as a resource by using the YouTube embed code.
The default product page layout has the Video Block added.
Then I try to go to a product to add that video resource. But on the media tab for the product there is only an Images section, no Videos section below this, which I expected.
How do I add that video resource to a number of products?

The text for the newsletter signup block doesn't read quite right. so I need to change it but can't find where.
Can someone please advise where this text is so I can change it?
