 I have no any messages related to warning about deprecated features of php on my localhost (php 5.3). but i think it will be appear time by time because people use different builds of php (old and new).
Unfortunally, we have no a lot of time and resources to build all possible configurations of "lamp" and test on it. i hope you, i mean community, help us. it's main idea of open-source software, everybody helps each other.
We try to cover all bugs and also go forward.

Hi, I have some users complaining that when they try and access my website - which is just an AbanteCart store at stylosports.com  that they get an error - "There has been a problem processing your request"  This is coming from my site as there is the AbanteCart logo etc so does not look like a DNS issue.

Only errors I can find in sPanel are references to missing files (see below).

Any suggestions on what could a) be wrong with people being able to access the site (using IE and also on an iPhone) For me an iPhone and IE 9 are fine.  Or b) what the cause of the errors is?  I create a couple of folders for assets and html but can't see what is trying to access them.  These 2 issues may of course be separate.

2. about robots.txt read here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robots_exclusion_standard  You can create empty file.

I am the ONLY person that can access the admin area seeing as i am the owner/operator of the business, it is the same url i have been using since abantecart was installed on my domain. Already tried clearing all the Caches and didn't fix anything. and no backups or restores have been done yet. I am attaching a copy of my error log. unfortunately the screen shots i took are too big in file size so i can not upload them for you to see.

is any php-optimizators installed on your server?
Also  try to disable fedex extension (you need to install php soap module for it first).

Oh great thanks so much for the answer, it is greatly appreciated.

I do have another question, I use AbanteCart via my hosting server and I have downloaded the upgrade only to manually install 1.1.0 to 1.1.1 but there is nothing in the upgrade (abantecart.googlecode.com/files/abantecart_v1.1.1.zip) except the XML with any data,  meaning the rest of the files/folders is empty except for the package.XML file. Is this all that is needed to upgrade my server files manually prior to using your information above?

upgrade package for v1.1.0 contain only php-files. Just replace files.
p.s. do not forget do backup.

what mean client? customer or control panel user?
Check table customers. Check is customer with given email is not exists there.
Also check settings for approvment

In an extension of the Russian language there are no certain words content_contact.


Choice of words in English and you go into the edit menu all ok! enter with to Spanish all ok! enter with into Russian all is lost, it is a clean window and you can not do that either.
The menu Language Definitions all words in Russian ok.  >:(

form fileds descriptions NOT takes from language xml-files and table language_definitions.
All descriptions are in tables field_descriptions, form_descriptions and fields_group_descriptions. You can add descriptions manually from any sql editor.
A bit later will be extension with ui for this.
