Title: Customer Status

Hi,

What is the purpose of the Customer Status being ON or OFF?

I noticed newsletter subscribers have the status as OFF. Is there a need for me to turn their status to ON?

Customer with status OFF is a disabled customer. He can not login or access this account.
Status can be OFF if customer did not verify his email yet.
