Hello, could someone assist me please in providing steps to move from my local pc (used to make the website using xampp) to my host server.

Here I guide you step by step
Step 1: Export Local WordPress Database.
Step 2: Upload WordPress Files to Live Site.
Step 3: Create New Database on Live Site.
Step 4: Import Local Database on Live Site.
Step 5: Redirect the Site URLs.
Step 6: Set Up Your Live Site

hi!
Here is the step by step process:

1. Create DB on server.
2: Import Local Database on Live Site.
3: With FTP App. Upload your local server files to public_html.
4: On System>config.php modify required data and save.

You should also change Store Urls in settings
