Title: Where to modify mid header ?

Hi ,

Does anyone know how to modify the sub header ?
I tried to find under design --> layout but unfortunately couldn't find where I can modify.

They are blocks - 

Either go to the design > layout  Home Page -  hover over the block in the center called Main Page Promo,  then click on the Edit block tag-  to get to the block.

Or go to design > blocks  and  look for Main Page Promo,  click on the edit icon

You can use template debug mode in admin -> settings -> System
You will be able to see template and controller names handling section you are looking at.

I managed to find the blocks to modify. I have also made a donation to Abantecart. Really appreciate what you guys build and looking forward for a long term support from Abantecart  :)
