Grrrr... I logged onto a MS Windows machine and it worked perfectly. My Safari browser obviously doesn't like to do this anymore....

Thanks for the reply, much appreciated.

I'm trying to connect to the Marketplace but it won't let me, gives me that long error.  I've gone to the marketplace webpage and it lets me logon ok.  So one part says I can't authenticate and the other part lets me login.

Very confused

Hi Everyone,
I'm trying to install an extension but I am getting the following error message when I try to submit my username\password.  I've managed to login to Marketplace so can't be my login details are wrong.

{"error_title":"Login Error!","error_text":"You are not logged in. You will be redirected to login page","show_dialog":true,"reload_page":true,"error_code":401}

I've tried ftp'ing the extension files but even this doesn't show up in extensions.

Any idea's where I'm going wrong please?

Sorry, I also had to reset my Shopping Cart Panel as my password was not working.  I've now created a new user and deleted the account that I had to reset..... all related perhaps?

Hi Everyone,

I've had a system email, usually I only get these when orders are sent in.
The email that I received yesterday was from someone asking me if I needed help with the shopping cart.

I'm really not sure how they have managed to get a message into the system, anyone any ideas?

Hi Everyone,

Is it possible to customise AbanteCart as it's normal e-commerce facility but also as a point of sale?
We have a very small shop and the only way that I can get around this issue is to have AbanteCart and OpenSourcePOS.

Any idea's would be gratefully received.

Can anyone tell me what is meant by "default address"

My shopping cart is used by members of our allotment so I'd like to set a default address for all members, saves them putting in their own addresses.

Is this possible?

I've got a message to say that my config.php has incorrect permissions.  Whenever I set them to what they should be, it reverts back what it originally is... anyone guide me please?

General Support / Customers and Orders missing

Hi There,
I've just noticed that all my customers and orders are no longer available to see.
I was using Safari browser. I then used my Windows computer and I managed to see customers and orders.
I then went into settings, went back to customers and all gone again.

Anyone else had this issue and if so, how did you resolve it?
