Hi,

1. tried your suggestion and added aromecity.com still same issue.

2. Called GoDaddy and and we have verified that server IP is not blocked or suspicious by any one.

I checked the error log file at the root of folder. Its showing an error message at line 37 of




What does this error means?

Checked file DayyanRandomCharacterClass.php it looks like variable is looking for a null charcter. Not sure at line 37.

Please note: reCPATCHA v2 works fine.

I can't seem to get reCAPTCHA V3 feature to work.

1. Under Admin - "General I have V3 enabled. See screen shots
2. I created fresh "Site" and "Secret" keys by deleting the old account and creating a new one. (See screen shots of Google.

Do I have enbale or disable some other feature for reCAPTCHA V3 to work?

Hi,

I am currently at version 1.3.3 and I want to upgrade to version 1.3.4 via Abantecart admin panel.

I have not received any messages that an upgrade is available.

I went to extensions sections to see if I can do the network install upgrade using extension key but I don't have the key.

Can someone give me the v 1.3.4 installation key?

I guess what confuses me is that when you are adding a product, there is section called "Media". Inside media you can upload an MP4 file. Once the file is loaded, why is not showing up at the store front to play?

I ma using this Theme https://marketplace.abantecart.com/mercato_theme?store_id=4bec70a7b946ad0dbf7971569b414b69&extend_support=1

I don't think this theme allows videos to be played.

I think we need to make this feature little better.

If you look at the example screen shots I have provided thats a much better way to update the main price else its vey confusing for the buyers.

Can we add this request to next feature update?

Hi,

I am trying to figure out how to setup Options settings where the "Main Product Price" will change based on what option has been selected by the buyer and still applies the discount?

It appears Abantecart doesn't have such a feature. See screen shot below. The only thing we can do set price/% increase decrease based on option selected by the buyer.

Is there anyway we can do what i am showing below?

Hi,

I am wondering if there is way to offer whole sellers different pricing compare to retail customers?

1. is there way we can mark certain customers as whole sellers inside the system?

2. Next when they buy something, they get a discounted price?

I know one way to accomplish this is by creating a special coupon discount for whole seller but wondering if there any extensions available to support whole sellers or any other way to provide discount price to whole sellers or tier pricing.

It worked fine before all the time.

Who can look into the market place side of our account and see becuase we removed the store and re connected maybe causing this problem?

I tried another thing.

1. Uninstalled and removed all the files, databases from the server.

2. re installed version 1.3.1

3. Deleted all the store connections.

4. After a fresh version 1.3.1 install, I tried to connect to the store and again keep getting the same error message as above.

This means the problem is at the AbanteCart cart extension market place.

I even tried to logout of the market place and when I click connect the marketplace login pop window comes up, I log into the market place but then again get the same error message.

I tried another browser beside Chrome, same issue.

Who can look into it?

When you do a fresh install, and before you connect to the market place, are there any other settings needs to be enabled inside the admin panel such as basic settings and ssl links etc. ?

I did not have this problem before, completely lost.

Hi,

I tried your suggestion. Disconnected the store and when I try to connect again, same error message.

Interestingly on the market place side, it does create the new link but inside admin panel I am keep getting the same error message.

I have also noticed that on the market place its saying my installed version is 1.3.1 which is not true because I upgraded to 1.3.2 and verified that inside the admin panel.

Something is really fishy here.

Did a Fresh install of version 1.3.2, when try to connect to the market place from extensions section, getting following error message.

I can log into market place directly without a problem.

If someone remove an old store and install a new store will the extensions purchased under old store will can be installed under the new store?

Also when I am trying to connect my store to market place I am getting this error message, even though I can directly log into the market place account.

Any ideas why is that?

Did not have any problems connecting to the store till re installed the software.
