You can try to Load missing (not translated) language data from English to Spanish.
In Admin Front go to System->Localization->Languages and click Edit button opposite new language. Just select Source Language to copy from and click Load button. This action will copy all missed language data

Also try to clear cache and check for error/warnings in AbanteCart error log (Admin Front go to System->Error log)

 "There has been an error processing your request Please check error log for more info. You can check error log in the control panel if it is functional. Otherwise, refer to error log located in your web server" I have no clue what I am supposed to do next. Any help would be very much appreciated. My website is uniquedangles.com

Hello. You need manually change css files. To quickly find correct css files and instances install firebug browser addon.
I think you can change slider color in the kanganafashion.com/storefront/view/default_html5/stylesheet/onebyone.css file

'install' is not a file but folder (or directory). If you really have not 'install ' folder You should not see this message
