I noticed that the time Duplicated in many places on admin panel side.

is that default settings or something wrong? how to fix it please??

I created a new order status but always getting next error message on admin panel. Guys, can you tell me what is that means and how to fix it?

In our business there is a step where the client must agree on the order's details which we provided after editing his order and placing the exactly available quantities in our stock house. So, how we can give him this right to use it?

Example: In the settings I saw that there is a position where the client can cancel his order, something similar to this I need to add to push him to confirm that he is agreed.



I am trying to upgrade to last version (v1.3.0) so I Backup public_html contains zip and downloaded with to PC. I uploaded the code and DB to a live domain for testing everything on live position but when I finished every thing i see the website as you can see in the screenshot. Even the Admin login area same as in this screenshot too. Guide me please to fix it.

as i understood this is related to your setting on URL if it is HTTP or HHTPS can couse this issue, if you don't have SSL on your website then you should choose HTTP to show the website normally.


Extension Support / GD: Extension for v1.3.0

1st of all thank you guys for your continuously updates and upgrades. I am trying to test new released version v1.3.0 on local server but i get an error with a requirement of GD: extension. How to fix this please or what i have to do?

Today when I am trying to login to server on cPanel I faced next access error:

A network error occurred during your login request. Please try again. If this condition persists, contact your network service provider.

Can you tell me if this is completely hosting provider issue or template error???

I did searched too much in documentation and forums but didn't found anything related to my question.

 I have a question about the quotation on website for customers and non-customers. I want to show my registered clients the real prices, and on the other hand I want to show some higher prices for those who are not registered customers,

Is this possible

Our website Currency based as USD, When my client choosing to order with any other currency the
 order summary section showing the Original Order Total something different and not same as in the bottom of the order in the total required payment . Client become confused when doesn't open the order details and just look at general order history.

I got next error logs:

I am trying to arrange the Invoice Start No.: and Order Start No.: to leave a space between numbers as in the screen but it doesn't worked and still showing on the arrival orders the same old parametres. as this: 2020587575 and for invoice as: 235899 What am missing to fix it please??

After Upgrading to latest Version 1.2.16 we are getting next error:

2020-06-06 10:51:32 - Email Template with text id "storefront_welcome_email_approved" and language_id = 9 not found
2020-06-06 10:51:32 - Error: E-Mail subject required!

What is causing this please ?
