How do I act on behalf of a customer in the store the customer actually registered with?

It just takes me to the default store with no other choice?

Yes another multistore issue for me.....

If I log into Store 2 and put item in cart and log off.....

Log into store 1 and the product that does not even exist in store is in the cart......is this fixable? or if not

Is it fixed in 1.2?

I can not assign content to second store only

Example:

Design>Content> Return Policy

Deselect Default Store--and Select Store B

This setting will not stay it ALWAYS shows in the default store.......

Can someone verify this behavior?

the link for my second store LOGIN is pointing to my First stores login....

Did I set this up wrong?

First store allcrests.com

Second store wholesalecrests.com

When I go to wholesalecrests.com and try to login it goes to allcrests.com login...

Actually, ALL of the top banner links  Specials-Login_account-Cart-Checkout---go to the wrong store?

Could some one advise on what I did wrong?

As per documentation....System-Localization-Countries-

"To refuse orders from certain countries and remove them from the customer registration's drop-down list, select status to OFF."

I have done this for all but 3 countries, yet I am able to choose all countries in customer registration process.

This of course causes issues in shipping flow..

Hello, I have made a new page with the content manager.

http://mysite.com/index.php?rt=content/content&content_id=5

I would like to use this page to parse information returned to it  from a search form.

I do this with a php parsing script embedded in the page

I am not a developer so I was hoping to just place the php into the content box, but this is obviously wrong and does not work....

Any hints on how I could accomplish this?

I just spent 2 hrs trying to import products.

This is the 3rd issue I have had that was fixed by switching to Chrome or IE.

When adding a product to cart that has  option : Element type: Input   

I receive an Unknown ajax error ??

I would like to remove this block-   Social Icons

  design>blocks> html_block > Social Icons    i can not switch this status to off , It responds with  "Cannot change status because this block is not in use,Please visit layout section."

  Fresh install Obviously block "is" in use on layouts pages.

  Am I misunderstanding these interactions?
