if i show latest products on left or rigth, before they used to display in one line but now its showing one out and one inside

I have filter extension and before manufacturer filter was working and it stopped working suddenly.

click on any brand in filter and it will give error.

i created 2 product features under global attributes and gave multiple values. how do i apply that to a product? i tried product options but it's not there, also it's not there under extension tab in product ( see attached)

also is there any documentation on how to add them to refined search?

after i installed refined search extension, when i click on any category at top level, e.g. sarees, it shows refined search options on left and sub-categories on right top - all that is fine - but products under that is showing only in 2 column (instead 3) (see attached). But as soon as i click on any of the refined search check box, it shows 3 columns.
I tried changing size but that is not changing anything.
how do i show them in 3 column instead 2 ?

I am using collection instead manufacturer and i would like to have a page which is a list with it's name and small picture icon so i can list them in order of release.
how do i create one?

Also on home page, where it shows a scrolling list, when we hoover over a icon, can it display name?

Is there a way to create nested product options like attached - i tried to create and looks like you can but somehow not getting there

1> If i setup 3 stores as multiple stores, all the extension i buy is available for all 3?
2> i want one of the store to setup as product can be viewed only if customer logs in. can i do that?
3> when i upload, i want to make those products available to all 3 stores, can i do that? also if i have one store setup already, can i copy part of those products over to other store?
