System e-mail, such as order update, e-mail confirmation etc. go to spam folder.
I'm using SMTP, any idea how to fix this issue?

Hello AbanteCart,

I have this issue that I would like to resolve ASAP.
I need the following:


1) Any identifier from my website- Identifier that I will use to get appropriate information from admin panel and based on this identifier (order ID) consumer and product will be identified in my system.
2) Total amount before checkout


This data should be sent to external website via URL in the form of next request:
?id=[orderidgoeshere]&amount=[totalamountbeforecheckoutgoeshere]

Support / Storefront is too slow!

Hello Abantecart!

I have been using your services for nearly 2 years now. Throughout this time I've been experiencing one big issue which is website loading.
Poor website opening results in 25-30% decrease in customer and order rate which is not a good thing for sure!
Not once I tried to contact your customer support. Everytime there is one answer: "check your hosting". My hosting has nothing to do with this problem.
Here are the details of my host:

VPS
Intel® Xeon® E5-1650 v2 - 4 x 3.6GHz
RAM - 6 GB
Data transfer - Unlimited
Disk storage - 120 GB

Details about my AbanteCart:

Version - 1.2.4
No. of orders - 6,767
No. of registered customers - 5,701
No. of products - 1,729

Storefront URL: https:// mantis.ge/mantis/

Based on the forum topics, it seems that I'm not the only one who is experiencing this issue.
If there is no way for the website to load faster, I will need to switch to another engine (reason stated above).

Hello. The reason that I started this topic is because I have a really bad experience with the core upgrade.
I have some issues with manual upgrade, so I would greatly accept any provided assistance.
Step by step instruction would be just perfect.

Current version: 1.2.4
Desired version: 1.2.6

General Support / Website has disappeared!

Hello everyone.

I've performed a core upgrade from 1.2.4 to 1.2.6 after which the website completely fails to load.
I'm still able to access admin panel, however.
Error log is clean, so nothing can be read from there.
The only thing is, when I click on install extension - this error appears:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method ABackup::validate() in /home/mantisg3/public_html/mantis/core/lib/package_manager.php on line 805

I've manually replace package_manager.php file from Github but it didn't resolve the issue.
Please tell me how to resolve this problem.

I'm unable to access store admin panel. Everytime I input admin login, password and press submit - 500 Internal Server Error this appears.
It has worked well until today.

Any ideas?

Template Support / How to edit template width?

Hello. Thank you for the new design Simply Stylish.

Please provide an instruction as to how to resize the width of the website, since the function "Width" located in Design > Template > Edit Template doesn't work properly (cuts the design from the right hand side).
