Support / Admin login

Hello Folks, I have not been onto my cpanel for some time, but had my password and login saved.
I am not getting into my cpane with these and when I rty to use the forgot password service, it cant even find my email, this has happened before, and is now becoming a pain, as I want to change things on my site, and cant get in to do so.
Any of you people out there who can help me,,,I would be grateful

Can anyone assist me in correcting the following message

The link you have used to enter the PayPal system contains an incorrectly formatted item amount.

I have contacted Paypal, and await an answer. It seems to be  a common fault to do with currency. Has anyone had this problem and if so, did you sort it yourself.
I am a NOVICE I dont have any experience building sites and codes etc, so any information would be great, so I can try and sort it myself.

hello can anyone help please, I have not been on my control panel for a long time due to work commitments, so I have forgotten my pass words etc.
When I go to forgot password all the email addresses I use and names are unknown.

How do I reset all me passwords etc so that I can get into my control panel of the site

Good Day people.
I have no clue of what to do regarding updating a site manually, I have basic knowhow.
Could someone please tell me in "baby terms" what I do.
1/ I have downloaded the zip file and unzipped it
2/ do I go to the SQL in my control panel or the files wizard/management to insert them
3/ When i'm in the correct place what folder do I open
4/ do i then just copy and paste them into the folder
5/ do I need to change text as I have read in a previous post for an older upgrade
and finally do I do the same things all over again to get me from the 1.1 that I am running to the 1.1.4 that I need

Support / Resetting password and user name in control panel

I have been locked out of my control panel, so I cant update my site.
I had language issues that have now been sorted via the php SQL thing,,,,,,so Thats all fine !!I think !
I have tried to get into my control panel via all the usual routes, firstly it did not recognise my user name or password, yet I never changed them from the presets, so I went through the "forgot password" routine, then it wouldnt recognise my email, so again went to SQL as directed by An administrator, and done what he told me to do.
The email was then sent to the correct address,,,,,,well according to the message i got telling me so, but it has never arrived, so I changed the email address in the SQL and tried another one, still nothing, so I am at a dead end.
were the hell do I go now to reset the admin password and user name so I can update my site.
Is it a case of doing a back up and deleting the site and starting over, and uploading the back up,,,,,,doesnt sound like a good idea so I hope thats not the case.
CAN SOMEONE please please tell me were to reset this

Hello guys.
A problem has come to light that I have not noticed and maybe someone here could either advise me or sort it out for me, as I am no tech wizard.
My wife tried to get onto my website last night and found that she kept getting an error message, she was using her ipad, now I have used my own ipad when out and about and I can get access to the site no problem.
Then when I try to get on the site using one of two PCs in the house the one I designed the site on, I get access again with no problems but the other gives me the same error message. I asked a few mates to try and get onto my site, and they all have problems also. I contacted the host, and they have told me that this is a third party issue (abantecart).
When I have tried to get into my  admin control panel it is telling me that the user name and passwork are not recognised,but I dont know why, as I have never changed them from the presets when I downloaded abantecart.
Can some one please tell me how to reset my password, I have tried the email it to me, but its not even recognising the email address, so im locked out, and if someone could shed some light onto why my site only is available when im on a certain machine.I have contacted abantecart, but as yet I have no reply and im now getting concerned as I have advertised the site and if its not accessible im screwed..........

I have had my site up for some time now, and have just noticed a problem that I may have. I am using template 512.
Can someone tell me how i configure my contact us settings to make sure that the email address i have is the one that my emails are going to.
I have never had and cannot send a test mail from my site.

Since posting this I have noticed that this error is only appearing when someone trys to access the site using a mobile device such as an ipad,,,,would this be correct

Yip,sorry guys its me yet again
When I do a search on the web for my site I get that "index of" page instead of it going to the home page, I know that it is something to do with PHP  and server settings, but again being a novice I do not know what to change in the directory to tell it were to go,,,,,could someone please point me in the right direction, I would much appreciate it  ;D


Templates / Changing The logo on template 512

Hello Folks, I have posted this elsewere on the site, but it has not got any views and im now getting desperate.
Can anyone please please tell me how to change the logo on the 512 template, I have tried doing it the way it is done on the default one but it does not work....Ive contacted Algozone but they have not got back to me 24 hours later and counting

I decided to purchase the template from algozone as the one in the basic set up is boring, couple of issues at first.
The payment method was paypal, and very slow so be warned it takes at least 12 hours to sort that (no fault of algozone)
Next issue There is a problem loading the package into abantecart direct, and after trying to do this I contacted them and they said that they know about this problem and are working on it. and offered to instal the template for me, they done this but did not follow one golden rule,BACKUP the old one first, so I went to get back in and I could not get into my site, error 404.
I went back to the control panel and had to backup the site from an old backup, and lost quite a bit of work that I had done, but in fairness I did not mind.I contacted them again and told them what had happened, so they re-installed the template and it is now working.
I am very pleased with the way algozone handled this and the template and features it has are well worth the money, however there are some minor things I am finding.
The logo is not easy to remove and insert your own, as it is with the default template and I have asked them how to do it but still waiting on the reply.
When I installed the default abantecart,,,,,a week later I had 3 error messages in the admin panel telling me this
AbanteCart engine cannot find value of language definition with key "text_login" in /home/artwalls/public_html/AbanteCart/extensions/template512/core/template512.php line 58 (rt=setting/setting). Please add it manually in this link of control panel.
Abantecart thought that that I must have refreshed the page as it was loading, but the language is there and it works, then the messages dissapeared as quick as they came.
Well the messages are back again........but the site is working
So anyone thinking of buying the add on template, its well worth the money (I have no idea about codes and stuff) so it suits a novice like me
Abantecart is also a thumbs up very easy to use and I did try at least 6 others before i tried this one. 10 out of 10
