I'm trying a new install and do not get a check box for the T&Cs to continue.?  There also appears to be the logo.png missing
from the zip folder?

Can you help or advise please?

Reading the docs I cannot see an answer regarding the multi-store section.

Can the Main store owner set a commission / fee level multi-store owners pay?

Say, a percentage per sale, or have a fixed fee per sale. Can the Main Store owners bill the multi-store owners daily / weekly / monthly for sales along with the option of taking the commission at point of checkout?

Can main store owners set monthly recurring charge for a multi-store rather than a commission based listing along with a product limit? Can you limit the amount
of products a multi-store has?
