I have customers leaving me messages in the Message Manager and my question is how do I respond to their questions?

I tried copying  their email address and then paste that into gmail compose but it did not work.

How-to questions / I keep geting an error message saying cannot send emails

I have lookED at the setting until I am blue and still cannot figure out what the problem is.
I am using the following settings,

Mail Protocol: SMTP
STMPHOST: SSL://SMTP.nostalgicracingdecals.com

SMTP username jim@nostalgicracingdecals.com
SMTP password
SMTP port 465
SMTP timeout 5
Alert mail On

How-to questions / Contact us in the shopping cart

I have gone into system/settings/store details and my email address is correct but instead of sending emails to my C-Panel the messages appear in the shopping cart side.

When the messages appear in the shopping cart how to you respond to them. It would make life easy if the messages could be send to my C-Panel instead.

Just wondering how to correct this problem.

How-to questions / Preview images question.

I had to add an SSL Certificate and now I have run into another problem.

I have the website working with the SSL but now only some of my category pages are showing the preview images.
If you click on the model number it will show you the larger images just fine.

Some of my category pages are working showing both the preview image and the larger imag
Category like speed shops and old car companies are working fine

I have customers sending messages and asking questions about my products and I cannot figure out how you respond to them through AbanteCart.

I have tired systems/settings/messages and I can read the customers message but how do I respond to them?

How-to questions / Can I manually enter customer orders into abantecart questions

Here is my problem.

I use Pay Pal for credit card payments paid through my website but I also have some customers who have a hard time using the computer so they simply call in their orders and we take the order over the phone.

When customers pay over the phone their credit cards is run through Square processing and not through Pay Pal.

Can I manually enter these sales in AbanteCart so that I can send the customer confirmation for their order along with notifying them when there order ships?

If the answer is yes please explain the process for doing that.

When a customer places an order and the status is (in process) is this message automatically send to the customer?

And when the order status is changed to (shipped) is the customer again notified that their order has been shipped?

I just want to make sure I understand how to add Google Analytics to AbanteCart Cart.

All I enter is the Google Analytics account number and not the entire Google Analytics code numbers?

Is that correct or am I wrong?

Can I add a second shopping cart below the first shopping cart for each product?

The problem each of my products has a shopping cart with the price of the item but I need to find a way so that they can select the same product with additional features and costs an additional $4.00 dollars.

Anyway of doing this without trying to add a second shopping cart? This needs to be added to every product on every product page.

Can coupons be used to either subtract or add costs to a product because of of an extra offered by simply changing the - sign to a + sign?

Is there any limit on how many Coupon Codes you can create?

Customization help / Question on Invoices

I really like the way the Invoice feature works but is there a way to have it not only print the name of the product but also the item number for the product?

In my case I have 8 different images for a drag strip which all have the exact same name and it would really help if the invoice could also print the item number.

How-to questions / How to change gmail password?

I went into abantecart system-setting-mail and tried to setup the SMTP and I used the setting in the manual for gmail.

I entered my name@gmail.com and that worked fine but  when I tried to enter my current gmail password I clicked on the check mark and saved the settings but it will not let me change the password.

What am I doing wrong?
