Title: API Key

I just created an account with Authorize.net and received my API login id and transaction key. But in AbanteCart settings under API it asks for Storefront API Key. is this the transaction key or the API login id? then it asks for Admin API Key which would that be?

I believe you are in the wrong place.   You need to be  within the Authorize Net extension
 

On you Admin page it is Extension > Payments

The Login ID   and the Transaction Key,  are the ones you received from Authorize net.
