Go to "Design" tab
Click "blocks"
Search for About Us, Contact
Click "edit"
Scroll to the bottom and look for the small rectangle box with all the default words
Edit to your desire doesn't have to be HTML

Side note: under "Contents" in design tab
Description block means short description like "Shipping Terms"
The block below generate is where you can put a long detailed info of the subject.

I changed and disabled all starting with http and added s at the end. When I test my site, I noticed in the address bar there is a lock with a yellow triangle. Clicking between pages the lock will turn green for a split second. Please someone help! I'm not a tech person
