Hi Jamie

Let me try and help...

I don't think email receipt has anything to do with Abantecart as emails are received through your email host.

Which email software do you use to view your inquiries (Outlook, web mail, MS Mail etc)? Which protocol do you use (web mail, IMAP, SMTP, POP etc)??

It may be the case that you cannot see emails in your email software but your mail host still has a copy of your emails.

I tried the following:

Home 10
Specials 11
Womens Fashion 0
Mens Fashion 1
Kids Fashion 2
Account 40
Cart 50
Checkout 60


But on my mobile menu, the order is like this:


Home
Specials
Account
Cart
Checkout
Womens Fashion
Mens Fashion
Kids Fashion

Why won't Account, Cart, Checkout go right to the bottom of the menu??

That is an awesome post and update!

Hi

On a mobile, how can I change the order of the categories? For example the menu appears like this:

Home
Specials
Account
Login
Cart
Checkout
Jewellery

But I want it like this:

Jewellery
Specials
Account
Cart
Checkout
Login
Home

Also, is there a better mobile menu/theme? Algozone doesn't have one and I don't think has updated the mobile theme for over a year now.

I have no idea how this changed! But it has fixed the issue.

I looked at this setting and thought that compressing my jpegs by 95% would mean they are very compressed resulting in poorer picture quality!

Does 100% mean it's the sharpest possible picture?

Should I also enable Generate High Res Images to make my pictures sharp?

Hi

I just saw this post http://forum.abantecart.com/index.php/topic,4114.15.html

I too have blurry images on my site. ALL images are blurry. All of my images look VERY clear and sharp when I preview them in Windows 10 or in Photoshop and the resolution is also very good. Any idea why they are being presented so poor in Abantecart?

No problem. I can understand that.

I would recommend you set up a dev/test site so you can test migrations from version 1.2.x to 1.2.x before attempting on the LIVE site.

I want to use MyHermes to ship my goods. Is there an extension? If not, what is the easyiest way to integrate with MyHermes?

Hi Basara

I always export and import my database using PHPAdmin. Inuse the default settings and export as a .sql file.

In then drop ALL tables and import.

This is the 2nd time my export and import has missed out changes.

Just for reference, here are my findings:

1. Export DB from Test site (Abantecarte 1.2.7 which was upgraded via the Admin GUI to 1.2.8)
2. Import DB to my LIVE site which was a clean install of 1.2.8.
3. Clear all cache on LIVE site
4. A banner which is set to OFF is still displaying on my Storefront (so I manually switched to ON then OFF)
5. My Shipping Policy is missing some lines on the Storefront. But in Admin it looks perfect. So I manually edit by adding a word and deleting the word, save, then it appears perfect on my Storefront.
