Basara thank you for your response.  I DL'ed the 1.3.0 Abantecart-src-master.zip file and extracted/replaced the default_stripe folder and the version now shows version 1.1.0.  I reactivated and reconnected to stripe successfully.  I then followed the list...
1)Cleared the browser cache.
2)I do not have CDN (cloudflare) - self hosted.
3)My screenshot is exactly the same as what bluegrass shows on the first post - Creditcard entry box is collapsed.
4)Browser console shows several warnings, mostly  'use of nsIfile in content process is deprecated.'  I've attached a screenshot.
5)Abantecart error logs show a lot of the following...

 AbanteCart core v.1.3.0 Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in <b>/var/www/html/core/lib/image.php</b> on line <b>133</b>

Hi, I just joined and I'm setting up a shop.  I apologize for digging up this old thread. (...not a good way to start a first post) I was wondering if there was any further discussion on this?  If so please direct me to the appropriate thread. 

I am basically stuck on this same issue.  The only extension I've installed is the developers tools to duplicate the default template which I am editing.  My issue is that while looking for specific lines in style.css to edit, firefox developers edition points to some mysterious file called scaffolding.less.  (same thing on a standard IE11 install) Doing some reading I now have a somewhat better understanding of what less files are...just not sure how generation of this file is triggered....and how am I to make changes to a file that does not seem to exist.
