Have you updated versions one by one 1.2.16 to 1.3.0 to 1.3.1 ... etc?

Yes I have. My core/version.php file is correct, but the Marketplace shows the wrong version number. In addition, all of my extensions show as not supported and disconnected from the Marketplace.

I upgraded from 1.2.16 to 1.3.3 and now I am getting frequent "Unknown AJAX Error" when adding items to cart, searching, and checking out on my site. Why does this happen, how can I find the root cause and eliminate it?

Hello, I upgraded from version 1.2.16 to version 1.3.3. I reconnected my store to the Extensions Marketplace, but it still shows my AbanteCart version 1.2.16 there. All of my extensions show that they are disconnected from the marketplace. Is there a resolution to this?

All of the suggestions here have failed. Is there a way to manually override a new password directly into the datbase?

OK I misunderstood, I thought you could not import an existing site. I imported into Softaculous, but even after changing the Admin password in there, I still cannot login.

Not on Softalicious though, it was a self-install.

I am recovering my Admin password. I get the link, click it, enter my user name and Captcha code and then I get the message

Your password has been reset. Now you can login with your new password
back to login page

and I get an email

Your administration password was successfully reset!

But none of these messages tell me what the new password is. So how do I recover the password?
