is there any extensions for user to register first with phone number and activation code will send to them to activate, if there please i need the link

Hi.

You can enable email activation https://abantecart.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/AD/pages/6815852/Email+Activation

For the SMS, well AbanteCart have 2 extensions in the core to send SMS (Twilio and Text Marketer) but there is no phone verification process https://abantecart.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/AD/pages/7700484/IM+settings
