yes I have tried to input new text 3 or 4 times and each time the error comes up again. I have also had the dashboad in admin dissapear a couple of times when i've been inputting sub categories. It comes back if i close the  window and log in again. Not a biggie but a bit annoying.

 I am getting multiple repeat messages of these errors over the last 3 days.

hi, my main web page would not show again today until I cleared the cache in admin. This is the second time it's happened. Can anyone tell me why? I don't want to have to do this every few days just so my web site will be visible. It has only happened since i did a complete v1.1.1 install. Thanks

hi, i wasn't sure how to clear the cookies from my web site but i did delete the cache as you said and that seemed to work. Thanks. the minute I clicked on one link in my site the cache filled up immediately again (is this normal) the website still seems to be working ok at the mo.

Any idea why this happened when I had done nothing to the website since it was last working ok? Cheers

hi, I am getting this message when I try to connect to my website or admin pages.

"There has been an error processing your request
 Please check error log for more info. You can check error log in the control panel if it is functional. Otherwise, refer to error log located in your web server"

When I went to my server error logs I got this....

Can you please tell me what this means and how do I fix it. I have done nothing to my web site since yesterday when it was loading with no problems

I'm having problems with template 503. some of the buttons have shadowing around their image and  the "add to cart" button won't put item in cart from pages that show multiple product listings, but will if you open up individual product pages. Have contacted algozone a few days ago but haven't heard back. Shame because i really like the template.

hi, just did the manual upgrade on the 1 file you mentioned, public_html/admin/controller/pages/tool/package_installer.php, tried to do the v1.1.1 update after that and got this message...     Fatal error: Call to undefined function versionCompare() in /home/www/metaldetector.co.nz/admin/controller/pages/tool/package_installer.php on line 804

Extension Support / extention I bought won't upload to v1.1.0

hi, trying to upload an extention i bought but i'm getting this message ... Error: Probably package is broken. Structure of package error. i contacted algozone who sent me this reply .... We apologize for inconvenience. There is currently an issue with installer module in AbanteCart v 1.1. They are releasing update in couple of days.

just wondering how far away the update will be. Thanks guys.

what about a "where did you hear about us" option with drop down or radio buttons for advertising research. I know some websites have this option on the sign up page only but that's only pertinent to their initial order. On the checkout page returning customers get to make a selection again, giving you an up to date idea on where your advertising is working?

update: I have a programme that checks my mail before i download it. it appears to be sending the customer order confirmation to my business email address but when i down load it the email has changed to the business order confirmation. I'm not getting 2 seperate emails. I'll have to check my mailwasher programme and see if the problem lies there. thanks

i am getting  an email saying there is an order (with the order details) but the email address I am using to place the test order doesn't receive any confirmation that they have made the order. Thanks
