Title: I do not have "social icons" block.

I am running 1.2 and both templates html5 and default do not provide me the option of "social icons"  How do I get this block?

You can create a new HTML block and copy/paste social media HTML code into it. 

There are posts that cover this. Search the forum a bit more.
