I HAVE PURCHASED TEMPLATE & INSTALL BUT I DON'T KNOW THAT HOW TO ADD MENU PLEASE SEE ATTACHED FILE

support for third party extensions is provide by the vendor (in this case Algozone) .   Please contact them directly -  there is a Support tab within your extension on the Marketplace.
