Hi Guys,

I have a real big problem which hopefully someone will be able to help me solve. I have a customer who has ordered at least 40 downloadable products but in there account area on the download tab it shows as having 40 items for download but when the download area is accessed it only shows 20 download items. I have gone through system settings to see if there is any option to show more downloads in a customers area, but I see nothing. Can anyone please help with this problem?

Hi all,
I seem to be having a problem with the new account setup. When I get a new account registering Abante sends out the activate account emails just fine, but when the customer clicks the activate account they still can not login. I have checked the customer status in admin settings and the accounts still have to be switched on manually. Am I missing something here in the settings that I should enable for new accounts?

Hi All, I am looking to change the text colour which is displayed on the footer that shows the content menu tabs. At the moment I see that the default  is a GREY and hover over is WHITE. I have looked in the stylesheet but just can not seem to find where I would define colours for these text links showing in the footer area. Any ideas on the location please?

I have recently had to restore my server from a March 2015 backup and upon completion my website is up and running but when I go to the admin page to login it is just showing a blank page, no login box. Now my server people have sent me an email saying server restore was successful and also added this comment in the email "note that if the restored website(s) is not working properly or even opens completely different site, - this is normal, and you don't need to worry. This is due to a new IP assigned to the site and it will start working normally in several hours."

I am hoping this is why I do not see a login page. Could anyone put my mind at ease and maybe this is why I do not see any login page?

Upon testing a downloadable product I have logged into a customer account to see if the download section works but I do not see anymore the button to download any products. This has happened since I have upgraded to the most current version of Abantecart. ( SEE SCREENSHOT ) Any ideas how to fix this problem please?

Hi all,
I have a problem since upgrading my abantecart to the most current version in adding downloads. I go through the process of adding a download right up to the bit where it says add image url or resource html. Now when I had version 1.9 I could easily add the downloads, but on this current version it just will not add the html url resource no matter what I try I just can not get it to add the download link. I have looked everywhere for some sort of video tutorial on adding downloads for the most current version but can not find any. Can anyone help me with advice?.   Here is my full process of adding a download link and file. I create a new download and fill in all correct information:  then I click on (resource) with the blue sphere and cross in it. The I go add image URL or resource HTML which then I type in the location of the zip file and then give it a name and then click save. The I am brought to a new window with the heading RESOURCE LIBRARY. and an option to SAVE AND LINK. when I click the link it takes me back to the create download section with the option to save but in the resource file at the top it has a logo in it that says DOWNLOAD. I click save but the download I created is always showing as colour RED to say download not linked?  HELP PLEASE!!

Since I have upgraded Abante cart to the most current version I am finding that I receive quite a few errors in tasks that I ask abante to do. My question is, Can I downgrade my Abante cart version from the most current Abante cart back down to version 1.19 when everything worked perfect?

since upgrading to the most current version of Abantecart I do not see anywhere in the products edit section that you can change font colour like I used to be able to do in previous versions. Am I missing something in the box where you type all your product details in, I don't see any button for changing text colours?

Hi all, I have a slight problem in making the category menu display to the right hand side of the website even though I have tried all positions  in the DESIGN/LAYOUTS page. At the moment the category menu displays to the right. Can anyone suggest how to make the menu display to the left hand side please?

when ever anyone purchases from my abante website I get notification in the admin area saying "Probably payment conflict" this happens on any purchase which is done on my site. I never used to get this message. The payments have been checked via paypal and have gone through ok, so the payment message on my site has me baffled??

ok here goes, hope I write this properly so you guys understand. My AbanteCart cart website which I have now made changes to suit my needs ie, colors pages products etc is running just fine. Now I have a friend who wants the exactly the same website layout like mine but to add his own products in. He wants it on my server in a sub folder which is no problem, so what I have done is copied my MySQL database and created and added it to a new MySQL database no problem, no errors or anything. Then I simply copied all the contents of my AbanteCart cart installation into his subfolder which is no problem. The site works fine apart from any pages that I created as extra pages (not in the default install script) or the layout pages how I have them is not showing the same as mine in his subfolder installation when testing live?  I don't get it? if I have copied exactly everything from my website to his folder how come it does not load all the new content I created on mine. Sorry if this sounds confusing, I've tried to explain the best I can.

my question is after I have created some Global Attributes and added the Attribute to a product in the product options section, I then assigned some images to each option that is listed from the global attribute list, but I can not for the life in me find out how I delete the images assigned to each option. (SEE IMAGE ATTACHED)
