I have Paypal Commerce installed and I had no problems connecting my Paypal account.
I am now getting the following error message when testing the connection.

Connection to Paypal server can not be established.
{"name":"RATE_LIMIT_REACHED","debug_id":"9700ead716324","message":"Too many requests. Blocked due to rate limiting.","links":[]} .
Check your server configuration or contact your hosting provider.

When I click to update Webhooks I get

  App Error {"name":"RATE_LIMIT_REACHED","debug_id":"1b67008b44d0f","message":"Too many requests. Blocked due to rate limiting.","links":[]}

And when I press 'Disconnect Paypal' I just get a blank page and nothing happens.

Using the normal Paypal extension still seems be working just fine.

Any ideas?

EDIT: I just thought to try adding to cart using Incognito and that worked, but the cart icon at the top still shows as being empty

I have upgraded to 1.3.3 and thankfully, it does seem as if the upgrade ran smoothly for me apart from having to get my host to upgrade the php.

But I have noticed that 'Add to Cart' from my home page isn't working. The customer has to now open the product page and then add to cart from there.

Now that I look at it, the cart is showing as empty when on all pages other than the cart. I hope that makes sense but hopefully the screenshots will explain.

Also, how do I get rid of that 'Print' option? I'm sure I didn't used to have that showing before

I didn't know that, so thanks.

However, I've just done another quick refresh of the cache and it now seems to be working fine no matter which domain I use to enter the site.

Unfortunately, it doesn't look like there is a way for me to set up a redirect because this is where my store is hosted.

I think I might have to contact my hosting provider to see if it can be done. But at least all the other ways are now working and it's not very often someone will type www. to access my site anyway.

I seem to be getting somewhere.

flauntitvintage.co.uk / flauntitvintage.com / prewornclothing.co.uk / prewornclothing.com all seem to be working fine now, with and without the www's

The only one that doesn't seem to be working is www.flauntitvintage.co.uk
In the back-end (set as https), if I change the Secure Store URL setting to www.flauntitvintage.co.uk it works, but then it stops working when accessing the site without the www's

Any ideas?

Hi,
I forgot that I made this post. Oops.

Is there a way of fixing this at all?

My main domain is flauntitvintage.co.uk and the other domain, which redirects, is prewornclothing.co.uk
Actually, I have two domains that direct to the main one.

In fact, I've just realised the blank square also displays for www.flauntitvintage.co.uk as well, which I never noticed before.

Hi,
I have got my main website and three other domains that point to the main site.

When I go to my site using the other domains, the little Add to Cart icon is just a blank square.

Does anyone know why this might be happening, and how I could fix it?

To answer my own problem, should someone else need to know.

I have realised that I needed to disable the particular places from the main location, in this case, the United Kingdom.

Isn't it funny how you tend to figure these things out AFTER you have asked for help?!

Hi
I want to force certain customers to have to use one service depending on their location, in this case, N.Ireland & the Scottish Highlands to use Royal Mail.

The problem is with the highlands. I have added the Highlands as a country and that seems to be OK to a certain point. It works fine when I am using the Flat Rate option but it just won't work through the Royal Mail extension, even though it is turned on for All Locations.

All my Northern Ireland options work fine.

One screen shows with my Flat Rate
One shows my Flat Rate turn on and as you can see, there is no Royal Mail option
Finally, the third one shows Northern Ireland which is how I want the highlands to be.

I hope this makes sense.

I can't see a way to delete the post.

I have a banner on my site in the Main Page promo block. It looks fine on my laptop, but I'm wondering why it isn't displaying correctly on other devices.
It's a long, horizontal banner and on my phone I have to scroll to view it in full.

I'm sure it's probably something that I have done wrong!

Sorry for the delay. I've had a few days away.

Thanks for your suggestion but this didn't work. I had already tried it a few times and it's the same on different devices, including igcognito.
I have checked the sizing in the css via cpanel and it has reverted back to the original size for some reason. Unless I was looking at the wrong place.

There must be a way for this to not happen? With the template I have, I can include my own css coding but what is the code that I need for the body text?
I don't know much about css, unfortunately.
