Hi Basara,
I seem to have fixed the issue. by manually inputting API info. Although it does not display the disconnect from PayPal.

I thought it might be the server, however I installed a fresh copy on the old server and I had the same result.

Looking at my screenshot below. This is how it displays including API info.

But it is now working, which I'm happy about.

The automatic connection button seems to be the issue.

Hi
I have moved servers and now my abantecart will not connect to PayPal
It just says Oops, something went wrong. Please try a bit later. It will connect via Sandbox but when I go to Live connection it brings up the oops notification.

Any Ideas?
Fresh install from Softacolous with 1.4.3

I have not got a lot of hair, but I now have a lot less.

I'm not quite sure what I have done but it looks like it is now fixed and working. but the actual extension doesn't look like it is connected.

I went back to an earlier version, before my previous attemp to upgrade. But that just created an even bigger list of problems..

Anyway to remove the columns first and duplicate and rebuild new column..

It's not going very well :0(

I might have to start from the beginning.

Pulling my hair out one by one!!

I sorted a few errors whilst trying to upgrade& found answers within the support forum.

Now I have a different error (below) and I cannot find anything similar within the forum.

Thank you for the reply abolabo.
I've only just seen it and I tried to update again today with the same issue.

I ran the SQL-query and got the following message.

#1171 - All parts of a PRIMARY KEY must be NOT NULL; if you need NULL in a key, use UNIQUE instead

So I tried changing the NULL to UNIQUE on all lines but it did not like that either :0(

Then tried it all individually and it now gets past those and comes up with

I cannot locate the switch to remove the subscribe option for the newsletter after upgrading.

Can anyone point me in the right direction.

Cleared Cache yesterday still showing.

Just been into phpadmin.

Order_downloads

Found the old deleted orders - removed the lines showing the info I do not want. Deleted them and they are nolonger showing.

So deleting the order does not remove this data

Download after completed order status or manual

I can still see remains of deleted orders in customer downloads area. The downloads have also been deleted but still show in the admin panel via orders order files.

Hi Basara,
I can push new downloads or updated downloads with no issues.

If I delete a download i want to remove it totally, if that makes sense.

If I delete the order of a download for a customer the file still shows in the customer downloads. It was a practise order, back end shows the file as missing but can I remove all record? Or is this a database edit?

Hi,
is there a way of removing unavailable downloads from a customer?

I have removed or changed the file - new one shows in customer account but so does the old one and shows as unavailable.

I would like to remove this. I can see the same file in the admin of the customer
