Title: new install, softaculous, something is clearly wrong. Can you help.

I usually manually install everything but used cpanel this time and also manually installed and this is the end result both times, can anyone help me with this

Looks fine tonight for me. If you're still having a problem, clear your browser cache.
If you don't know how, Google "how to clear browser cache". The top links shown all have good explanations.
