Just install AbanteCart short while ago, and i came to know that i cant create anything new. like i cant add new user of cant create new store. when i click on new store site redirect me to home page.

recently just i came to new issue like , i cant create new store.

when i click on "Create new store", page redirects to store front page.

please help me.

and can anyone suggest me plugging for shipping? i need this based on weight and state.
